Arsenal and Liverpool target Dries Mertens could leave Napoli during the summer transfer window.
The Partenopei endured a difficult start to the campaign after crashing out of the Champions League and failed to finish in the top three after losing at home to Lazio in the last game of the season.
A number of players including strikers Gonzalo Higuain and Lorenzo Insigne are all expected to leave the club and 28-year-old Mertens could join them according to agent Soren Lerby.
"It was a tough season for Napoli," Lerby told Radio Crc.
"They crashed out early in the Champions League and came very close to winning the Europa League.
"And we all know what happened in the championship.
"We'll see what will happen now. There are a number of clubs showing interest in Dries but I cannot say anything at the moment.
"Napoli is going through changes, including a change of coach. Mertens is a very mature man, he knows exactly what he wants at this stage of his career.
"In all fairness I don't know if the problem is the club or the player, we will soon meet together to take a decision over the future of the lad."
