Manchester City are close to completing the signing of highly rated Colombia winger Marlos Moreno, according to Goal.
Manchester United, Benfica and Liverpool were all interested in the 19-year-old who will join the Citizens for £8million.
In May, agent Samuel Eladio Tamayo confirmed that a number of top European clubs have made contact to sign the winger and that the youngster's objective for next season is to enjoy regular football.
"Inter Milan are in contact with Atletico Nacional," he said.
"We don't know the specifics of the bid, but I can confirm that another two Italian sides and clubs such as Bayer Leverkusen, Porto and Benfica are interested in Marlos.
"One thing that is fundamental to any potential move is that we want him to play regularly."
Manchester City monitored the Atletico Nacional man during the just-ended Copa America and have decided to make a move to add him to Pep Guardiola's squad.
