Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain will join Arsenal, according to ex-player Jose Alberti.
As already confirmed, the 27-year-old is not ready to spend a season with a club that will not feature in Europe's most prestigious competition with Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United all linked with the player.
The Gunners made a move for the Argentine before he joined Napoli and are strong favourites to sign the player during this summer's transfer window.
"[Chelsea boss Jose] Mourinho was not deploying him [when at Real Madrid] so there's no way he will join Chelsea," Alberti told Calcio Napoli 24.
"I would say he is a 90% Arsenal player. I doubt a player like him would want to stay at Napoli considering they will not feature in the Champions League."
Alberti also believes that winger Jose Callejon is set to leave the club as well.
"He will surely leave," he said.
"Napoli will not fight for anything big [next season] so the big names will leave. He is very close to joining Atletico Madrid who will make a very interesting offer to the player.
"And he is eager to return to Spain."
