James Pallotta: We will probably sign one or two more players

By

Roma president James Pallotta is confident the Giallorossi will be strong in every department after the transfer market shuts down on Monday.

Speaking on Saturday, the president explained that one or two more signings are required to improve the depth of the side ahead of a long season in the Serie A and Champions League.

"I think we're just going to have a couple of players that are going to add to our depth," Pallotta said.

"Probably one or two more signings.

"I think we'll be strong in every position for playing in the Champions [League] and Serie A. There's going to be a lot of games this season."

Striker Mattia Destro has been linked with a number of teams in Europe this summer including Milan and Chelsea but Pallotta denied any negotiations.

"No one is going, no one is leaving," the president said.
