Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado is ready to make a return to the Italian Serie A.
According to Sunday's edition of the Corriere dello Sport, Juventus have reached an agreement with Chelsea to sign the player on loan for one season.
The Colombia international will be in Turin at the start of next week to finalise the move.
