Arsenal have identified former Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez as a possible target, Kick Off has reported on Sunday.
The Mexico international has struggled for form after leaving Manchester United to join Real Madrid in Spain.
But he impressed last season in the German Bundesliga after joining Bayer Leverkusen.
He was named Bundesliga Player of the Month for the months of October, December and January.
The German giants have made it clear that the striker is not for sale having already rejected an offer from Juventus.
The Italian giants are in need of a new striker after Real Madrid exercised their buy-back option to sign Alvaro Morata.
They are interested in Romelu Lukaku and Christian Benteke according to reports in Italy.
