Chelsea attacking midfielder Juan Cuadrado has told his club he wants to leave during the summer transfer window, TuttoJuve.com has revealed.
The 28-year-old spent last season on loan at Juventus and he wants to move to Turin on a permanent basis.
According to the article, the Colombia international is happy in Italy and wants to enjoy Champions League football in Massimiliano Allegri's side next season.
Juventus are ready to make an offer in the region of of £15m to secure his services.
If rejected, they will try to extend the loan spell for one more season.
Cuadrado was in action with Colombia in the Copa America but they were beaten 2-0 by Chile in the semi-final.
