Manchester United are ready to sign Antoine Griezmann this summer after the Atletico Madrid hitman rejected a move to Barcelona.
Express Sport has claimed that the Spanish giants have pulled out of the race to sign the talented Frenchman.
The Red Devils were very close to securing the services of the 27-year-old last summer but no agreement was reached after Atletico were banned from signing new players in the summer.
At the start of the week, Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has rubbished rumours linking the player with leaving the club.
"I do not know the problems of other clubs," he said.
"What I do say is what I have always said: Griezmann has a contract with Atletico for another four years, so it's very difficult to solve until four years from now."
