Transfer market expert confirms: Chelsea will soon open talks to negotiate Morata-Higuain swap deal

By

Market transfer expert Tancredi Palmeri says Chelsea and Juventus will soon open talks to discuss the possibility of a swap deal.

The deal would see Alvaro Morata make a return to Juventus with Gonzalo Higuain taking the opposite direction.

"Chelsea will receive the proposal for a swap Morata-Higuain from Juventus," he wrote on Twitter.

"Juve and Morata can find easily an agreement on personal terms. Chelsea has to solve first Sarri situation, then decide."

The Blues are indeed still uncertain on who will be their manager next season.

Reports keep claiming that Antonio Conte will be sacked to be replaced by Maurizio Sarri.

But with Zinedine Zidane now available after resigning as Real Madrid boss, the Blues might decide to make an approach for the Frenchman as well.
