Arsenal midfielders Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere will hold talks with new manager Unai Emery to understand if they will stay at the club.
The Sun has claimed that the future of the two players remains uncertain amid rumours that they will leave this summer.
Recent reports have claimed that the club has offered Ramsey a five-year contract but Wilshere's position remains uncertain as he will be a free agent next month.
The Welshman spoke to the media earlier this week as he made it clear how his objective is to stay with the North Londoners.
"[Emery?] Of course. I haven't spoken to him at all yet, but I think it's an exciting time for the club," the 27-year-old is quoted as saying by Sky Sports.
"I can't wait to get back there now.
"[My injury?] I rolled my ankle [in a friendly game] but I'd taken the armband from Ash and I thought I had to stay on and do my bit for the team," Ramsey said.
"It wasn't the best surface in the world and my ankle is a bit sore.
"Hopefully there will be no lasting damage and it will settle down over the next few days."
