Chelsea are ready to make a fresh offer to sign Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly, journalist Alfredo Pedulla has revealed.
The strong centre-back is a confirmed target for the Blues after Antonio Conte made a specific request to add him to his squad.
Other reports in Italy believe that next week could be decisive for the future of the Senegalese.
Meanwhile, agent Bruno Satin has again confirmed that the Blues are interested in signing the defender.
"Napoli want to keep him? I'm not entirely sure they demonstrated this," the agent told Il Mattino.
"Chelsea? Not only Chelsea [are interested], Kalidou has other requests.
"It's normal that you think about it when another club offers you an improved contract than the one you already have.
"I am available [to open negotiations]. My job is to satisfy the needs of my client.
"If Napoli want to make contact they know where to find me."
