Chelsea boss Antonio Conte was very critical of referee Bobby Madley after his side's defeat against Arsenal.
The Blues were down to ten men in the last part of the game after Pedro was shown a straight red for a challenge on Mohamed Elneny.
The Italian believes the decision was harsh as he also answered questions on Willian's first-half yellow card for diving.
"I didn't see the situation [with the sending off]," Conte is quoted as saying by the Daily Star.
"For me for this reason it is very difficult for me to say something about this decision.
"This is the second game, after the FA Cup, that we finish with 10 men.
"I heard there was clearly a penalty [in the first half] but I did not see."
