Antonio Conte's simple way of approaching things is what makes him a winner, Italy striker Graziano Pelle said.
Italy will take on Germany at the Euro 2016 Championship after battling past Spain in the Last 16.
They started the competition as underdogs but won the praise of critics after back-to-back convincing performances in the competition.
And Pelle was full of praise for the 46-year-old ahead of Saturday's game.
"We all expend a lot of energy but when we win it's all worth it," Pelle said.
"He prepares the game well and is working hard – it's difficult to explain just how good he is.
"He works very simply, he doesn't complicate things. He's been a footballer himself so he knows how to explain parts of the game and he is realistic because he has been there as a player.
"Now again it is all about going on the field and trying to reproduce what he has been working on with us during the week.
"I am a really positive guy and I know we are doing well because we are working really hard during the week from the first day we came here.
"We do a lot of work at the training camp and results are coming. But now we will face another big team in Germany so we will focus on our football, enjoy it and try to win."
