New Chelsea manager Antonio Conte always ask his players to work extremely hard during training, defender Angelo Ogbonna has explained.
The West Ham United man is part of the Italian squad for the Euro 2016 Championship and was impressed by the positivity injected by Conte so far in the tournament.
Italy are in Group E of the competition together with Belgium, Sweden and the Republic of Ireland.
"With Conte, we work a lot," Ogbonna told reporters ahead of Euro 2016.
"He does not overlook any detail and he gives us the right mentality.
"The strength of this group is the group itself, because everyone is proud to wear the jersey and make a contribution."
