Chelsea striker Falcao was delighted after scoring his first goal for the club, less with the defeat at home against Crystal Palace.
The Colombia international was back to his very best as he scored one of his typical fox-in-the-box goals to restore parity at Stamford Bridge.
But the joy didn't last long as the visitors went back in front three minutes later.
And Falcao, who is on loan from Monaco, admits that Chelsea have to improve.
"We are disappointed with the result and now we have to look forward and improve quickly," Falcao told Chelsea TV.
"I'm pleased with my first goal for Chelsea, it was very special, but the result is more important.
"We didn't play as well as we wanted. We thought we could win this game. The manager has talked with us and told us some things where we can improve.
"We spoke in the dressing room. We have to improve."
