New Chelsea signing Baba Rahman has emphasised how much he looks up to Real Madrid left-back Marcelo Vieira.
The 21-year-old Ghana international joined the Blues after Filipe Luis left the club to re-join Atletico Madrid.
He will add depth in Chelsea's defensive department as he declared that he can also be an asset when the team is pushing forward.
"I'm a left-back and, as a defender, it's important for me to be strong in the tackle, which I always try to be," Rahman told the club's official website.
"I also like to get forward as much as possible and help the team in attack.
"I can play as a winger but I haven't played in midfield for a while.
"I played on the left wing in Germany for Greuther Furth not so long ago and scored two goals in the game, but the next day I left for Augsburg.
"When I was growing up it wasn't just left-backs I watched, I liked to keep an eye on all of the top players, but since becoming a left-back I like to watch Marcelo.
"But I enjoy watching the best players in action, it doesn't matter what position they play in."
