Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho says striker Diego Costa is fit to face West Bromwich Albion on Monday.
The Spain international recovered from a hamstring injury that kept him out for weeks and could be in the starting line-up to face Tony Pulis' side.
Defender Kurt Zouma and midfielders Ramires and Oscar will however miss the last two games of the campaign.
"I think Diego Costa is selected for this game," Mourinho said on Friday.
"I cannot confirm now because the game is on Monday but with two days to train I think he should be ready for this game.
"For Ramires and Oscar, the season is over. For [Kurt] Zouma the season is over. Petr Cech has a chance to be back for the last match."
The Blues host Sunderland on May 24 in the last game of the season.
