Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard admits it is strange to win a final and be back in action after only a few days.
The Blues lifted their first trophy of the season after a hard-fought win against Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley.
But they face another stern test on Wednesday when they take on West Ham United at the Boleyn Ground.
"It's a bit strange to win a final and then immediately have a league fixture," Hazard told the club's official website.
"But until the end of the season we have a lot of games we need to be ready for.
"It's always good to see a smile on the face of every player but we didn't do anything special.
"We didn't go to a party or anything like that. I went back home to be with my family.
"We have a game tomorrow, a very important game, and that is what we are focusing on now."
