Milan coach Sinisa Mihajlovic says pressure is normal when you play or coach an important club like Milan.
The Rossoneri have won only one of their first three games in the Serie A but will be looking to take all three points when they host Palermo on Saturday evening at the Stadio San Siro.
"There is always pressure on you if you coach or play for Milan," Mihajlovic told reporters.
"You are always expected to win. We have to stay calm, work hard and play as a team like we did versus Inter. With character and courage we can pick up positive results. We know that we can make it hard for anyone if we play like we know how.
"Mario Balotelli with his long range shooting provides us with another option during matches. He has started off on the right foot and he has to keep it going.
"Menez should be back in a few days' time and I hope he can start training again. We will see how he responds to the training sessions.
"We still don't have a fixed centre-back pairing. Zapata and Romagnoli however certainly work well together. Ely enjoyed a good pre-season. I was thinking of playing him in the derby, but I knew he would then get slated by the press if he then made an error. Alex and Mexes are both important players, even if the latter has had some injury problems.
"We have been trying to work on the mentality. It is not easy to forget the past few seasons. However, we do a job that is a game.
"We take it seriously of course, but when we take to the pitch we have to enjoy it and play in a care-free manner. I have spoken about this and I also tried to ease all of the tension ahead of the derby. Our objective is to stay on this path, play like we know how, with courage, confidence and always enjoy it.
"We know that we could have done better up until now, but the season is long and there's no need to panic. I have found my team again and the right spirit. We know we can improve with our performances but this is the right track. If we play like we did in the derby, then the results will come."
