Milan coach Filippo Inzaghi says his side will show signs of improvement now that all players are back from injury.
Back-to-back disappointing results in recent weeks saw the Rossoneri fail to improve their 10th position in the table but the Italian is optimistic ahead of Saturday's game against Cagliari.
"It [the Cagliari game] is very important for us, we have to win and take all three points," Inzaghi said on Friday.
"We know how strong Zeman's Cagliari is, there are no easy games in Italy but I believe the squad is ready. They are quick up front with fast strikers so they will play on the counter.
"We have to be careful and more clinical in front of goal.
"We reach this game after two games where we didn't get what we deserved. Against Fiorentina we didn't deserve to lose.
"But with injured players back, it's normal to see improvements in the side. I always said this squad needs three midfielders and three strikers when everyone is fit, and this is still our best formation.
"[Nigel] de Jong is back and [Andrea] Poli is back after suspension. Today we will also assess all other players."
