Milan coach Filippo Inzaghi was delighted after his side ended a run of three games without a win.
After defeat against Juventus and away draws against Empoli and Cesena, the Rossoneri were back on winning terms after a dominating performance against Chievo as they move up to fourth in the table.
"Offensively we did exceptionally well tonight, no wonder we're the best forward line in the league," Inzaghi said after the game.
"All players did well and we didn't concede any goals.
"[Keisuke] Honda is in form and scored a great goal. He's very unselfish, a true professional, he's always two hours early for training, my job was simply to put faith in him."
