Milan coach Filippo Inzaghi says the club did well during the transfer market as he welcomes new striker Fernando Torres.
The Rossoneri were under pressure after selling striker Mario Balotelli to Liverpool but were quick to act and signed the Spain international on loan from Chelsea.
"It was a good transfer market, I am satisfied," Inzaghi told reporters at the annual managers' meeting held at UEFA headquarters in Nyon.
"I want to show my gratitude to the club and the chairman. Our main objective is now to win the fans back."
"[Fernando] Torres is coming from a difficult season but he's eager to do well.
"It's nice to see a player stopping by to sign autographs for two and a half hours, it shows respect towards the fans.
"I hope Milan change a lot with him, I have seven strikers to choose from, it's my job to take advantage of all of them."
