Milan striker Stefan El Shaarawy is back to full fitness and ready to prove that he can be a big asset to the Rossoneri.
After an injury-hit campaign last season, the 21-year-old is expected to lead the Milan offensive department, especially after the departure of Mario Balotelli.
"I know there were a lot of expectations for my return. I am ready and so is the team," he told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
"And so is Inzaghi; coaching a team like Milan at his age and after two years with the youth side is not easy.
"But he's incredibly determined to do well."
The Italian was heavily linked with a move away from Milan last year but he is now focused on doing well in Filippo Inzaghi's side.
"I've always been a fan of this team and I want to be one of the best just like two years ago," the striker added.
"My objective is to lead this group.
"My future? You can take nothing for granted in football, anything can suddenly change.
"But I'm happy to be here, everyone has faith in me and the fans love me."
