Thiago Motta's agent Alessandro Canovi says Internazionale and Atletico Madrid are yet to make an offer for the player.
The experienced midfielder will leave Paris Saint-Germain during the summer transfer window with Arsenal and Liverpool ready to make an offer according to reports.
But Canovi says the player has received no offers although the 32-year-old's future continues to be uncertain.
"No not a single offer, not Inter, nor Atletico [Madrid]," he told Get French Football News.
"There are no official offers for Thiago Motta. What Thiago said was very clear and very simple.
"Before the US Tour we spoke with PSG and when they return we will see what happens."
