Internazionale are determined to make Manchester United's Javier Hernandez their first offensive signing of the summer transfer window.
According to Calciomercato.com, Internazionale directors already made an offer to secure the services of the Mexican but it was rejected by the Red Devils.
They are expected to make a fresh move in the coming days.
The 27-year-old failed to make an impact in the Spanish Liga this season with the Spanish giants deciding not to exercise the £16 right-to-buy clause in the player's contract.
He joined Manchester United from Chivas de Guadalajara in July 2010 and is reported to also be a target for New York City FC.
