Internazionale coach Roberto Mancini says midfielder Mateo Kovacic is fit to face Roma on Sunday night.
The youngster suffered a foot injury during last week's draw in the derby against Milan but the manager confirms he is expected to be in the starting line-up.
"I think it's fair to say that they [Roma] are stronger," Mancini said.
"They are more confident because they have been doing well for a long time and also [Rudi] Garcia is a very good manager.
"There's still a long way to go in the championship and [Roma] can win it, just like Napoli. They have a lot of excellent players, including the young ones.
"[As for us], we should not look at the table, we have to take it one step at a time."
Asked to give an update on injured players, Mancini said: "I don't think he [Yuto Nagatomo] needs surgery, he should be back next week.
"Mateo [Kovacic] suffered a foot problem but he trained and should be available for the [Roma] game."
