Internazionale coach Walter Mazzarri was visibly delighted after his side's 1-0 win against Sampdoria.
The Nerazzurri were in dominating form as they battled their way past a stubborn Sampdoria side to reduce the gap from the top of the table to only seven points.
"I'm trying to help this team grow," Mazzarri said after the game.
"Today we played a very good game, we enjoyed 60% of possession and created nine goal opportunities. We created a lot at Cesena as well but failed to score a second. But overall I'm happy with how we're performing."
Asked if the many missed goal opportunities are a concern, Mazzarri said: "I am happy with how the chances are being created, with nice moves.
"Rodrigo [Palacio] came back from the World Cup Finals with a serious ankle problem and it's still bothering him.
"I'm sure he will take his chances when back at 100%."
Internazionale face struggling Parma on Saturday and the manager will today assess his players ahead of the game.
"I am worried about the team to start with against Parma," Mazzarri said.
"Few injured players will recover [in time for the game].
"I hope to have Hernanes available since we substituted him at the right time. Maybe [Hugo] Campagnaro and [Fredy] Guarin will be back as well but not the others, no."
