Internazionale technical director Piero Ausilio says coach Walter Mazzarri has the trust of the club's president and directors.
The Nerazzurri were under heavy criticism after heavy defeats against Cagliari and Fiorentina before the international break but Ausilio insists the Italian coach has the support of the club.
"Mazzarri is not alone, we're all behind him," Ausilio told Tuttosport.
"Someone has to be blamed whenever things go wrong here in Italy and right now it's Mazzarri's turn with others blamed in the past.
"Two bad games are something small when one understands what our long-term project is.
"Right now I'm focused on how to deal with this moment, on the weak fitness level of the squad and the lack of mental strength showed against Fiorentina."
Mazzarri and the players were booed during the 4-1 home defeat against Cagliari but Ausilio says it's not a concern.
"The likes of [Roberto] Mancini and [Jose] Mourinho were also booed at the San Siro," said Ausilio.
"I've been at Internazionale for 17 years, I've seen a lot.
"The Italian culture is what it is and we cannot change it.
"A big part of those at the stadium are behind the team, then granted, boos are to be expected when you lose 4-1 against Cagliari."
