The agent of Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey says his client is waiting for the club to make an offer to extend his contract.
The Wales international was one of the few players to enjoy a very good campaign with the Gunners and will soon enter his final 12 months of his contract.
In reply to a post by an Arsenal fan on Instagram, agent David Baldwin responded by saying that a new contract is yet to be signed as they "are still waiting".
Recent reports have claimed that the North Londoners would be ready to sell the player if an offer in the region of £40million comes in during the summer transfer window.
The fee would be used to strengthen the squad since whoever will take over from Arsene Wenger will only have £50million to spend.
Ramsey joined Arsenal in the summer of 2008 from Cardiff City and went on to become one of the Frenchman's regular players at the Emirates.
