Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is determined to add two final players to his squad before the end of the summer transfer window.
The Frenchman has identified Monaco winger Thomas Lemar and Nice central midfielder Jean-Michael Seri as two possible targets.
The French champions have made it clear earlier today that the 21-year-old is not for sale although the Gunners will try one last attempt with a £45million bid.
Seri, on the other hand, has a release clause of £36million.
The 26-year-old was one of the best players in last season's Ligue 1 as he featured 34 times, scoring seven goals and assisting nine times.
Serie A giants Roma are also interested in the Ivorian but they are not in a financial position to active his release clause.
Wenger has already spent £52million to sign Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon and he is eager to spend more to strengthen his squad and be title contenders next season.
