Italian website Calciomercato.com has claimed that Arsenal have made a world-record offer to sign Kylian Mbappe.
According to the Italian website, the words of agent Giovanni Branchini are a confirmation that the Gunners want to add the 18-year-old to their squad.
The youngster is managed by his father but Branchini is a top Italian football agent who is always updated with what is going on during the summer transfer window.
"I don't know if Mbappe will move to Real Madrid", he said.
"[Arsenal's €150m offer?] Arsenal did not spend much money in the last few years, but their policy will change in the next two seasons. It may be an exaggerate offer but not an immoral one.
"Belotti? I think he will leave Torino for the right offer. I think he's worth €70/75 million but Atletico came close to signing him for almost €100m, then Diego Costa decided to return to the club and I think it will happen."
