Midfielder Thomas Lemar has agreed personal terms on a move to Arsenal, according to the Daily Star.
The player is expected to sign a long-term contract with the Gunners in the coming days.
It's been a busy summer for Arsenal so far having already signed Sead Kolasinac and Alexandre Lacazette.
But manager Arsene Wenger wants to add more quality to his squad as he is determined to fight for next season's Premier League and Europa League.
An offer of £30million has already been made by the North Londoners for Lemar but it was rejected.
It was followed by a £40million bid that was also rejected as the French giants want £80million to sell the player.
The two clubs will probably reach an agreement for £65million which would break the club's transfer record set earlier this week with the signing of Lacazette.
