Arsenal have submitted a €25 million [£22million] offer for Juventus winger Juan Cuadrado, according to Metro.
The Gunners are completing a number of deals this weak, starting with striker Alexandre Lacazette who completed a medical on Tuesday.
Recent reports have claimed that manager Arsene Wenger is a "fan" of the Colombia international and wants to bring him to the Emirates this summer.
Juventus are determined to hold on to him but if the Gunners do make a £22million offer, they will sit down to negotiate.
Last month, CEO Giuseppe Marotta confirmed that a number of high-profile players will leave the club in the summer.
"Some [players] can go," he explained.
"You have to see the situations of [Mario] Lemina, [Stefano] Sturaro, [Juan] Cuadrado [but these are] names at random."
