Barcelona attacking midfielder Arda Turan is the subject of a reported £26million bid from Premier League side Arsenal according to Marca.
The 30-year-old endured a very disappointing campaign at the Camp Nou last season with reports in Italy suggesting that he wants to leave the club.
But last week, agent Ahmed Bulut claimed that Barcelona don't want to sell his client and that the player will respect his contract with the club.
"At this moment in time, nobody at Barcelona has put themselves in touch with me to say that Arda [Turan] is transferable," the agent told Cadena Cope radio station.
"As such, our current plan is for him to stay for next season.
"He has three more years on his contract and is happy at Barcelona.
"It's true that last season wasn't an easy season for him, because he suffered injuries and the second half didn't go well, but he is happy.
"He likes the choice of Ernesto Valverde because of his career path and because of what he's like as a coach.
"At this moment, I haven't spoken with any club in the world, but if Barcelona say that he isn't in their plans then it'll be a different story."
