Arsenal are reportedly set to offer a second world-record bid of more than £100million and Olivier Giroud for Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe according to the Sun.
The Frenchman is Arsene Wenger's number one priority for this summer's transfer window.
It is unclear whether the youngster is ready to join a club that will not feature in next season's Champions League.
Real Madrid, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are also interested in the 18-year-old.
Earlier this week, the striker revealed that he will soon meet with Monaco to discuss his future.
"We're going to go away with the family and we'll think about what's going to happen," he said.
"We have to sort it out, see what happens with the club too, because I'm under contract with a club, I'm not free. We'll see what's happening."
