Arsenal defender Rob Holding will extend his contract with the Gunners and an announcement will be made this week, Mirror has revealed.
The youngster was a big question mark for Arsenal after signing from Bolton Wanderers for £2.1million.
But he impressed whenever deployed by manager Arsene Wenger including the FA Cup Final against Chelsea at Wembley.
After the match he said: "Last season, I was on the pitch at Derby after Bolton lost and we were relegated.
"Now I have won the FA Cup at Wembley. It is a crazy, crazy feeling."
The 21-year-old will sign a new contract that will see him earn £25,000 per week.
He will feature at this summer's 2017 UEFA European Under-21 Championship after he was selected for England's squad.
