Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi was delighted after his side's 2-1 win against Southampton on Saturday.
The Germany international was making his official debut for the club as he started the game alongside experienced centre-back Laurent Koscielny.
He played the full 90 minutes and was full of praise for the Arsenal fans at the end of the game.
"It was important to play until the end, we know how football is today," he told Arsenal Player.
"If you don't concentrate for 90 minutes, you lose points. We concentrated until the end, and that's what gave us the winner.
"I'm happy for the three points first of all, but I'm happy for how the supporters received me here and how the team made me feel part of it."
