Attacking midfielder Kelechi Nwakali has confirmed that Arsenal have opened talks with a number of clubs in Holland to finalise his transfer on loan.
The 18-year-old became one of Arsene Wenger's summer signings after joining from Diamond Football Academy in Nigeria at the start of the month.
He will be loaned out straight away to gain experience ahead of a possible return to the Emirates.
But he denied that his next club will be Norwegian side Viking.
"Why are they writing these fake stories about me?" he told allnigeriasoccer.com.
"It is not true I am joining Viking.
"There are clubs in Holland who have asked about me but Viking is a lie."
His agent added: "The information that he is joining Viking is fake, Kelechi is at Arsenal, training and working hard.
"If Arsenal can't get him a work permit, he will go where we want him to go.
"How can I be approached by clubs in Holland and France and allow him to sign for Viking?"
