Kalidou Koulibaly's agent Bruno Satin has confirmed that an announcement over his client's future will be made in the next two or three days.
The Senegalese has been linked with a move to Arsenal or Chelsea with the Blues strong favourites to secure his services.
"Our discussions at the moment are confidential," Bruno Satin told Goal.
"We will be able to announce something in the next few days, two or three days."
On Tuesday, Satin confirmed that the 25-year-old received an important offer that he is taking in consideration.
"It's normal you think about it when other teams offer a much better contract," he told Il Mattino.
Arsenal desperately need a new defender after Per Mertesacker and Gabriel Paulista both suffered long-term injuries.
Laurent Koscielny will also miss this weekend's game at the Emirates against Liverpool.
