Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Mesut Ozil, Laurent Koscielny and Olivier Giroud will not feature against Liverpool next week.
The trio were involved in the 2016 Euro Championship with the two Frenchmen reaching the final then lost against Portugal.
The Gunners are already facing defensive problems with Per Mertesacker set to stay on the sidelines for four months.
New signing Rob Holding and Gabriel Paulista are expected to start against Jurgen Klopp's Reds.
"Liverpool would come too early [for Mesut Ozil, Laurent Koscielny and Olivier Giroud]," Wenger told reporters.
"[New signings?] It's not the prices, it's the players.
"At the moment I'm focused on the players we have. Today we didn't have Ramsey, Xhaka, Alexis - he will play on Sunday. We still have Ozil at home, and Giroud and Koscielny too.
"We also have young players who came on and did well. We do not have to panic but we are on alert in the transfer market so that we can make the right move when the opportunity comes up."
