Arsenal have made an official £13.5million offer to sign Torino defender Bruno Peres, according to the Toro News
The Italian website has revealed that the Gunners have made contact to sign one of the best players from last season's Serie A.
It seems Arsenal's offer is less than what Manchester City offered last month.
Torino will only sell the player if they receive an offer in the region of £17million.
Recent reports have claimed that the Brazilian is no longer happy in Turin and has asked his agent to negotiate a transfer with the Premier League a preferred option.
The 26-year-old enjoyed an impressive campaign at Torino last season as he was praised for his tenacity and skill on the pitch.
Manchester City, Barcelona, Bayer Leverkusen and Wolfsburg have also made contact to secure the services of the right back.
