Sky Sports pundit Tony Cascarino says Arsenal will complete the transfer of striker Alexandre Lacazette this week.
The 53-year-old revealed that "people in France" are certain that the Frenchman will move to the Emirates before the end of the week.
The striker is a confirmed target for Arsenal after Lyon rejected £29.4million from the Gunners.
President Jean-Michel Aulas declared last week that the 25-year-old will not be sold during the summer transfer window but recent reports have claimed that the French side will in the end accept the offer from the North Londoners.
"I've got a few people in France who really believe that this deal will go through by the end of this week coming," Cascarino is quoted as saying by Squawka.
"By the next transfer window [program on Sky Sports] next weekend that deal will be done, I'm sure."
If the transfer goes through, Lacazette will becomes Arsene Wenger's fourth signing of the summer.
