Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly has been offered to several major European clubs, including Arsenal, according to Goal.
The future of the 25-year-old remains uncertain amid rumours that he will leave the club during the summer transfer window.
Chelsea are also interested in the strong defender as both Arsene Wenger and Antonio Conte are ready to make a move to secure the services of the player.
Meanwhile, Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis says the defender will not be sold as he has to respect his three-year contract.
"He has three years left on his contract and he's not going to leave," De Laurentiis told reporters.
"I'd like [Manolo] Gabbiadini to stay too.
"We are chasing [Mainz 05's] Giulio Donati as we need a right-back, better if he's good with both feet.
"Our fans want to win the Scudetto? They've won already, they should remember where they were ten years ago."
