Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is determined to raid Napoli to sign midfielder Marek Hamsik and striker Gonzalo Higuain, reports from Italy have claimed on Wednesday.
The Gunners have already made contact to secure the services of the Argentinean, offering £50million and striker Olivier Giroud to sign the player.
And they are ready to offer at least £35million to sign one of the most impressive players at the Euro 2016 Championship.
The Slovakian scored one of the most beautiful goals of the tournament and is a target for a number of top European clubs.
At the end of last month, Hamsik made it clear that he received no offers from English Premier League clubs.
"We will see what happens during the summer but at the moment I am set to stay at Napoli," Hamsik is quoted as saying by The Guardian.
"[A move away] is talked about through the whole year [in the press]. I do not have problem with that, but I have a contract with Napoli.
"[The English Premier League?] I don't know.
"A lot of journalists have linked me with English teams many times in the past. The saying goes that there is no smoke without fire but I can say that I have never had a concrete offer from England."
