Olivier Giroud's agent Mickael Manuello has confirmed that his client would be delighted to play for Napoli as a clear sign that talks are ongoing between the two clubs.
According to recent reports, Arsenal have made a cash plus player offer to the Partenopei in order to secure the services of striker Gonzalo Higuain.
And although Manuello could neither confirm nor deny that the Frenchman will leave the Emirates, he was full of praise for Napoli and the Serie A.
"As of today Giroud is an Arsenal forward," he told Radio Crc.
"If they were to ask him to leave, then we'd evaluate the situation.
"There would be no fear for Olivier to go to Napoli, as we're talking about a magnificent place.
"In Naples my client could have a wonderful lifestyle, not to mention that Maurizio Sarri's style of football would get the best out of a striker like him."
