Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is not interested in signing Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette, club president Jean-Michel Aulas has revealed.
Recent reports have claimed that the Frenchman made contact with the player to convince him to make a move to the Emirates.
But Aulas insists that the 25-year-old will play for Lyon next season.
"I have seen Arsene a lot during the French national team matches and he did not speak to me about him," Aulas is quoted as saying by Get French Football News.
"So I do not think that there is anything there and it seems to me that Alex wants to spend this season with Lyon in the new stadium.
"He wants to have the Champions League adventure that could be much better than last season.
"I think that he will stay with us and we are very happy."
