Arsenal are ready to pay £38million to sign Everton striker Romelu Lukaku, The Guardian has revealed.
The Belgium international together with Alvaro Morata and Alexandre Lacazette are the three players identified by manager Arsene Wenger as possible targets for the summer transfer window.
The Frenchman wants to add a new striker as soon as possible and has already held talks with the Lyon star.
But recent reports have claimed that Lacazette is not interested in making a move to the English Premier League.
Morata is for sale by Real Madrid but Chelsea are strong favourites to sign him.
Lukaku, on the other hand, would be delighted to make a move to the Emirates.
He failed to impress for Belgium during the Euro 2016 Championship but it still a target for a number of top European clubs.
