Everton striker Romelu Lukaku has agreed personal terms with Arsenal, journalist Emanuele Giulianelli has revealed.
The 23-year-old is a target for the Gunners but also for Chelsea, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain according to reports in Italy.
"Despite Chelsea pressing, Arsenal have agreed personal terms with Lukaku," Giulianelli tweeted.
"An offer will be submitted."
Earlier this week, the Belgium international admitted that his agent is taking care of a possible move away from Everton.
"It's my agent who is dealing with that aspect," Lukaku told Sky Sports News HQ.
"I'm just focused on Belgium, and the most important thing is helping my team."
