Arsenal have joined Juventus in the race to sign Manchester United striker target

By

Arsenal have joined Juventus in the race to sign Lazio striker Keita Balde Diao, Calciomercato.com has reported.

Reports at the start of the month claimed that the youngster wants to return to Barcelona but the Spanish giants are not interested in making a move to sign him.

He is expected to join Antonio Candreva in leaving Lazio during the summer transfer window and could be one of the many players monitored by the Gunners.

In March, the 21-year-old admitted that he would be delighted to join Manchester United in the Premier League.

"I have a contract until 2018 and for the time being I will stay here," he told La Lazio Siamo Noi.

'My ambition is to get to play for the best teams in the world such as Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester United.

'It's the dream of all players."
