Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund have opened negotiations for the transfer of Henrikh Mkhitaryan to the Emirates, Calciomercato.com has revealed.
The 27-year-old has refused to sign a new contract with the German giants and will be sold during the summer transfer window.
Juventus in Italy are also interested but the player would prefer a move to the English Premier League.
Last week, agent Mino Raiola confirmed that the Armenian is ready to listen to offers ahead of the summer transfer window.
"Why would we sign a contract renewal now?" Raiola told German newspaper Bild.
"Micki has a contract until June 2017 and we are looking at his options for the future."
